Once you have booked a session, you will receive an email with a Zoom invitation link to our scheduled meeting time. At the time of your session, you simply click that link, and you will be directed into our session.
If you are using a phone or tablet, it is usually best to download the free Zoom app. On a computer, you may either download the Zoom app or allow the link to open on your browser.
