Yes. You are welcome to book a session directly if you feel ready.
You may also start with an exploration call if you would like to connect first.
This varies. Some people begin with one session, while others choose a series of sessions to support deeper integration. Should you choose to book a package, you may schedule your sessions at a pace that feels right for you, and there is no expiry date.
My intention is for this work to remain accessible, while also honouring the value of my time, training, experience and presence. My sessions are offered at a set rate, but I understand that life circumstances can sometimes make this difficult.
If you feel drawn to work with me but cost is a barrier, please reach out. Together, we can explore whether a reduced rate or alternative pay schedule might be possible.
My intention is that no one who genuinely feels called to this work is turned away because of finances.
Sessions are one-to-one and grounded in relationship. Together, we slow down and gently meet what’s present for you, honouring your pace and trusting the wisdom already within you.
Drawing on my background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga Therapy, I may offer supportive suggestions, such as simple breathing practices or small, meaningful lifestyle shifts, if and when it feels right for you.
Through Compassionate Inquiry and somatic awareness, we begin to notice the emotions, beliefs, body sensations, and patterns shaping your experience. As awareness deepens, unconscious patterns soften and new possibilities begin to emerge.
Many people who seek this work are not necessarily in crisis. Often, they simply feel stuck in patterns they intellectually understand but cannot seem to change. There may be a quiet underlying sense that life could feel freer or more authentic.
Natalia offers three main levels of support:
-
1-Session: A one-hour introductory space for clarity and insight.
-
3-Sessions: A supportive starting point to begin exploring patterns and inner resources.
-
6-Sessions: For those ready for deeper integration and lasting transformation.
Compassionate Inquiry is a psychotherapeutic approach (developed by Dr. Gabor Maté) that Natalia uses to help clients safely explore the patterns and stories beneath their current life experiences.
Her approach distinguishes between “curing” and “healing.” It is trauma-informed, relational, and somatically centered, meaning she focuses on the connection between the mind and the body’s physical sensations.
