My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and somatically centred.

It is grounded in Compassionate Inquiry and enriched by my background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga Therapy.

Although these approaches may appear different on the surface, what they share is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and gently meet what has been silenced, repressed, or pushed aside.

Together they support a process of healing rooted in presence, compassion, and deep inner listening.

There are two ways to begin working together. You can begin with an exploration call to see if the work feels right for you. Or if you feel ready, you are welcome to book a session directly.

Who I Work With

Who I Work With

I walk alongside those who feel ready to step into their healing journey with courage and openness. Together, we explore what it means to move beyond patterns of disconnection and survival. Along the way, I invite you to gently reconnect with your authenticity, vitality, and capacity for love. My hope is to support you in returning to a deeper sense of wholeness and authenticity in your life.

MY PHILOSOPHY ON HOW HEALING HAPPENS

“We are hardwired to connect with others. It’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives, and without it there is suffering.” – Brene Brown

Because of both my lived experience and professional training, I feel especially attuned to supporting:

  • People facing illness or autoimmune conditions. By discovering core beliefs, patterns and unconscious conditioning, we can uncover the emotional roots of disease and return to presence in the body and authentic emotional expression. I honour and invite you to consider that suffering can become a doorway which invites us to heal the wounds of the past.

  • Parents and parents-to-be. Together, we can deeply explore how parenting offers each of us a unique opportunity to reparent ourselves, break generational cycles, and raise children from love and connection, rather than fear and disconnect. These discoveries can disrupt generational trauma and help us create the foundation for future generations to flourish.

  • Those whose needs weren’t fully met as children. While we cannot return to the past, as adults we can discover new ways of creating safety, self-love, and compassion. We can learn to nurture ourselves and embody new ways of being that invite greater ease, vitality, and wholeness into our lives.

  • Those who wish to nurture healthier habits:  By meeting what was once hidden with curiosity and care, we can open the path toward freedom and wholeness. This journey requires courage and compassion, mainly towards ourselves and the pain we have attempted to suppress through our automatic and/or unhealthy habits and behaviours. Exploring this aspect of ourselves can result in feeling more grounded and in control of our choices.
  • Those navigating relationship difficulties and challenges. We will work together to cultivate connection through honest communication, attunement, and compassion, resulting in the cultivation of nurturing relationships that support growth and mutual understanding.
Anyone longing to rediscover their authenticity. By gently and compassionately releasing perfectionism, people-pleasing, and suppression, you will naturally create the opportunity for more truth, freedom, and inner peace.
  • People moving through life transitions, such as grief and loss, peri/menopause, illness, etc.  Together, we will honour the depth of your discomfort, loss and pain, while also recognising, as David Kessler teaches, that grief can become a passageway to meaning, love, and transformation. We will explore the possibility that change and loss may not be something to be “fixed”, but to be tenderly integrated as part of your human story.

Exploration Call

An invitation into presence, curiosity, and healing. During our Exploration Call, I welcome you to share what feels important and safe at this stage. Together we’ll sense whether working together feels right, and what your first steps towards healing, nourishment, and inner peace might be.

Session Options

You can begin with a single one-hour, relational and somatic session to slow down, connect inward, and gain clarity through Compassionate Inquiry. For deeper healing, a 6-session journey allows trust and safety to build over time, gently uncovering and integrating unconscious patterns to support lasting change, greater freedom, and a deeper connection to your true self.

Compassionate Inquiry®

Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté and developed into a training program by Sat Dharam Kaur, ND.

It gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction, and suppressed emotions embedded in the body, which are often at the root of mental and physical illness and addiction.
