I am a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner trained in the approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur. I also draw on more than 25 years of experience in holistic health, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga Therapy, and somatic practices.

My own healing journey has deeply shaped the way I work. Like many people, my early life held both love and pain. Over time I experienced how disconnection from our bodies, emotions, and inner guidance can manifest as physical and emotional suffering. What once felt like hardship became a doorway into deeper inquiry, healing, and transformation.
This lived experience informs how I hold space today.
I offer a relational, trauma-informed, and somatically centred space where you can gently explore unconscious patterns, protective adaptations, and beliefs that may be limiting your freedom. My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you with presence, attunement, and care as you reconnect with your own inner resources.
Alongside Compassionate Inquiry, my work is informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga Therapy, and body-based approaches that support nervous system regulation and emotional integration.
It is my priority to offer a space where your story matters, your pace is honoured, and your healing is possible.

I have asked myself this question many times throughout my own healing journey. Like so many of us, my childhood was shaped by the warmth of parental love, and by the painful echoes of my parents’ unhealed trauma. A mix of ordinary life events, but also deeply wounding situations. These experiences created a profound disconnection from my body, distanced me from my heart and inner guidance, and shattered my sense of safety in the world; eventually manifesting as physical illness. Yet, while painful, they also became the doorway into deep inquiry, spiritual seeking, and embodied transformation.
Each step has been quietly preparing me for the work I now offer: a space where you too can find your way back towards authentic wholeness. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your true self; the part of you that exists beneath prescriptive roles, protective patterns, limiting beliefs, and/or physical symptoms and manifestations. This deep work is not about finding a way to “cure” or “fix” yourself, but about unrooting the disconnection that presents itself to each of us.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and somatically centred, drawing on Compassionate Inquiry (as a certified practitioner), Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga Therapy, Bio Decoding, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal Theory.
